Assorted Thoughts

Yesterday I worked. Today I work. 7 hour shifts. Woot! Gonna maybe try some pasta salad.

I need a new hairstyle. I think my hair has a permanent kink in it from wearing a ponytail in the same place all the time. You're options are limited when you have to wear a hat. And don't know how to do anything with your hair.
So Wednesday I have a five hour shift, but it's in the fast food department which I have never worked, because I am a delimaster. Snort, there's a laugh. The only thing I'm the master of over there is mediocrity! Anyway, so now I'm like a newbie all over again. Even though generally I am still considered a newbie. But we're getting there. Some of the people I work with are the ultimate in cool. I took a mega long time to make seven layer dip yesterday, but that was partly cuz customers kept coming and I kept running out of guacamole and such. Anyway, I apologized to Leona for taking so long and she was like, I don't think that was long. SO she officially rocks. And Laury is cool cuz she has red hair and glasses, and she's funny. And Krista, even newer newbie than me, is all cool cuz she actually talks to me and stuff. And Amanda 1 is like the ultimate in friendliness. So it's all good. I hope at least one of them is on tonight, but I'll prolly get stuck with Jeremy. He's not mean, but I have a feeling he was "some people" who placed a comment with Nicole about "some of the new hires," and I'm pretty sure he was talking about me. I'm determined to prove I'm not incompetent, just clumsy and a "little" slow.
